You will also receive one on one coaching in program adherence, temptations, meal planning, eating out and your personal
barriers to weight loss and management.
Your body needs fuel in order to function. In our weight management program you will learn what your body needs in order
to operate at optimal levels. It is important to know what foods will give you the nutrients and energy you need and how to
find those foods as you go about your daily activities. More importantly, we will teach you what foods to avoid. You will
gain control as you learn to read and understand nutrition labels and select foods that are good for you.
No one sets out on this journey to fail. In our weight management program, you will set smart goals and incorporate
healthy choices into your lifestyle. We will be there to help you overcome any obstacles you may encounter and help
