Personal Training Packages
Packages are available in 1, 2, 3, 6, 12 sessions. Each session is equal to one hour.
The main focus of your sessions is flexible and can be used any way that you and your
trainer choose, such as strength training, flexibility, sport specific, balance and weight
management counseling.

One-on-one Training
This is the most personalized approach to personal training. The focus is on you and your
individual fitness and life long goals.
Buddy Training
You can share personal training sessions with a friend. Learn how to help and motivate
each other to achieve desired results.
Group Training
Groups of 3 to 4 individuals meet to achieve their fitness goals together. This is high
energy training that uses various methods to motivate the group as you get in shape with a
fitness professional.
Women Of Weights ( WOW )
Spine & Sports Personal Training offers the Women on Weights (WOW) Program. The WOW Program
is designed to meet the specific needs of Women. It is a series of one hour training sessions
lead by a Certified Personal Trainer who develops different routines throughout the month. The
routines may include but are not limited to, Strength Training, Cardio Training for the Heart,
Flexibility, Balance and Weight Management. The group meets two times a week for one hour each

Senior Power Hour
Spine & Sport Personal Training offers Senior Power Hour to seniors over the age of 55. Senior
Power Hour is a program for the active aging population. The program will be offered to groups
of 5-7. Our health and wellness professionals will help you discover your inner resources to
overcome challenges and reach your fitness goals. The program may include, but is not limited to,
Strength Training Cardio training for the Heart, Flexibility, Balance, Basic healthy nutrition,

Cancellation Policy
24-hour notice is required for all cancellations. If you do not show up for an appointment or
fail to cancel with 24-hours notice, you will be responsible for that client. Please be considerate
