Jacques L. Beauchamp, PT, DPT, SCS, OCS, ATC, CSCS

Dr. Beauchamp is a specialist in the assessment and treatment of muscle, joint, and spinal pain. Dr. Beauchamp is considered by his peers to be an expert in the evaluation and treatment of shoulder, elbow, knee and ankle pathology. He is the only physical therapist in the State of Georgia to be a Board-Certified Clinical Specialist in both Sports and Orthopaedic Physical Therapy. His training and experience has allowed him to work with professional, collegiate, and high school athletes; as well as numerous weekend warriors.

Dr. Beauchamp is an Adjunct Professor in Armstrong Atlantic State University's Sports Medicine program. He has lectured nationally and given numerous local seminars on various sports medicine topics.

Nancy H. Wofford, PT, DPT, Cert MDT

  • Cert MDT- Certified in mechanical diagnosis and therapy (McKenzie)
  • PT- Licensed Physical Therapist
Dr. Nancy Wofford is a certified manual therapist and is a specialist in spinal pain. Dr. Wofford is the only certified McKenzie therapist in Effingham County. She also has a bachelors degree in modern languages and is fluent is Spanish. Dr. Wofford recently moved to the Savannah area with her husband from Fayetteville, NC. She has spent the past two years working at the military hospital on Fort Bragg, NC, where she treated 82nd airborne soldiers returning from Iraq. While working at Fort Bragg, Dr. Wofford was awarded the Employee of the Month for Womack Army Medical Center. Dr. Wofford is an active member of the orthopedic section of the American Physical Therapy Association.

Eric C. Bull, PT, DSc, MPT, MMT, OCS

Dr. Bull is considered by his peers as an expert in the examination and treatment of orthopedic conditions. His doctoral research on spinal pain has led to development of new techniques and technology to help his patients achieve faster results. Dr. Bull has lectured internationally on spinal and shoulder pain and developed programs for rapid post-surgical return to work and pain reduction techniques. His passion for physical therapy has acquainted him with Olympic hopefuls and weekend warriors.

Hollye McAdams - Physical Therapist

Hollye came to Spine & Sport with 26 years of experience to offer as a Physical Therapist.

She has an extensive background in many areas of Physical Therapy including but not limited to; wound care, pediatrics, geriatrics, orthopedics, stroke rehabilitation, and amputee training. She has had experience in independent practices, Home Health care, Hospitals, school systems, and Out Patient Clinics. Hollye also has experience in managing rehabilitation centers and Physical Therapy programs. Hollye has coached a Basketball team and also participated in the booster clubs for both Baseball and Softball leagues. She appreciates the innovative progress and attitudes with the excellent evidence based practitioners. In her spare time, Hollye enjoys playing tennis, camping, sailing, dancing and listening to Music.

Amy Smerick - Physical Therapist Assistant

Amy came to Spine & Sport as a Physical Therapist Assistant. Amy has had extensive background in Physical Therapy and Healthcare. She did undergraduate work at Florida State University in Exercise Science with a concentration in Nutrition Fitness. She earned her Physical Therapist Assisting AAS from Brown Mackie College in 2000. Amy also obtained her Practical Nursing degree while serving on active duty in the U.S. army from 2001-2004.

Amy has had special training in McKenzie Mechanical Diagnosis and Treatment courses and worked as a Physical Therapist Assistant in Pensacola Florida for two years. She also moonlights as a nurse for a local oncology practice.

Amy loves working in the Physical Therapy field because it gives her a chance to help people. She enjoys working with the patients and helping them progress in their therapy. She enjoys the people at Spine & Sport and how well everyone works together. In her spare time, she enjoys running and participating in local races, crafts and knitting, and spending time outdoors.

Physical Therapy Aids

Amanda Turner - Physical Therapist Aide

Amanda came to Spine and Sport as a Physical Therapist Aide. Before working for Spine & Sport she was actually a patient receiving treatment for a knee injury she received in Gymnastics. Amanda has always been very active. She worked as a gymnastics coach at the Islands YMCA for three and a half years. She has always been active and enjoys sports. She was competitive in gymnastics for 15 years and competitive in volleyball for three years.

Amanda hopes that one day she will become a Special Victims Unit Detective. It is a field that has fascinated her for some time.

Jaimee Mincey Hamilton - Physical Therapy Aide

Jaimee came to Spine & Sport as a Physical Therapy Aide. She currently attends South University and is currently attaining a degree to become a Physical Therapist Assistant. In her Spare time, Jaimee enjoys Reading, Photography, and walking.

Personal Training

Cindy Beauchamp CPT, BS: Manager of Spine & Sport Wellness

Cindy has been with Spine & Sport for over a year and is now starting a wellness area of the company. Cindy has an extensive background in the wellness industry through ownership and management of Fitness Facilities. She has been teaching national and international group fitness classes since 1986 and became a national Certified Fitness trainer in 1987. Through her college journeys she has studied exercise science, laboratory medicine, business administration, and business management.

Before joining the Spine & Sport team she has worked as a certified personal trainer and group fitness instructor for the landings Club on Skidaway Island. Cindy plans to use both her background in management, and her experience in the fitness industry to excel Spine & Sport's wellness department. She is excited to be a part of such a great organization where she can share her motivation and love for fitness with her clients and staff.

Colleen J. Stocum - CPT

Colleen obtained her Bachelors of Science degree in Kinesiology from the State University of New York at Cortland in May of 2003. From there she went on to pursue her goal of becoming certified by the National Strength and Conditioning Association as a Personal Trainer.

Colleen gained experience at a small, private, personal training facility in Upstate New York. Her time there was spent working on an individual basis with over forty different clients for almost two years. She has devoted most of her time to weight loss and general health maintenance. Colleen has had many successes with her numerous clients. She has allowed her clients to achieve their own personal goals while encouraging going further than they could have expected.

In her spare time Colleen likes to skim board at the beach, fish and play various sports. She enjoys the variety of people she gets to meet on a daily basis at Spine & Sport.

Jayme Eitner - CPT

Jayme came to work with Spine and Sport in July of 2006 as a Personal Trainer. Jayme has been a personal trainer for seven years and focuses on developing health and wellness plans for children and teens. Her focus is on the physical fitness of children and she has obtained many certifications with that focus in mind. Some of her Certifications include:

Jayme enjoys working out, running, playing tennis for the local league, traveling and reading. Jayme graduated from East Carolina University in 2005 with a B.S. degree in Exercise & Sports science and hopes to go back to school to become a Physical Therapist.

Brandon Jones - CPT

Brandon came to Spine & Sport as a Certified Personal Trainer. He graduated from Ohio State University with degrees in Marketing and Operations Management. While attending Ohio State he supervised and managed the main fitness facility on the campus. After graduating from The Ohio State University Brandon moved to Hermosa Beach, California and started his own personal training business. Brandon has continued to stay well educated on the proper fitness and training techniques by becoming NASM, ACE, AFAA, and APEX certified.

Brandon's goal is to educate his clients on the proper form and techniques used in a safe, structured exercise program as well as proper nutritional information based on each client's personal health and fitness goals. He is committed to educating and motivating his clients to reach their health and fitness goals.
In his spare time Brandon enjoys outdoor activities, working on his house and playing with his dogs, Nash and Savannah, around town.

Mark Lebos - CPT

Mark Lebos M.A., an Exercise Physiologist and ACSM Certified Personal Trainer that specializes in cancer recovery, orthopedic post-rehab, functional training and weight loss has joined Spine & Sport Personal Training.

Mark received his BS Ed in Exercise and Sports Science from the University of Georgia and his Master's degree in Exercise Physiology from San Francisco State University where he did his thesis: Exercise and the Cancer Patient: A Complementary Approach to Treatment.

Growing up in Savannah, Mark spent many years competing on the playing field. Now he helps others get fit to meet the challenges of life. Mark, who has led cancer retreats, created the Cancer Recovery Workshop and was the coordinator of the Cancer Recovery Program for Memorial Health, has been in the fitness industry for over 13 years and recently moved back to Savannah from California.

Mark's accomplishments include creating and hosting his own fitness show for Discovery Channel, "Fit TV's House call," and hosting a fitness DVD for Discovery Health's National Body Challenge.

Mark stays in shape pursuing his passion for surfing and chasing around his wife Jessica, 7 year-old son Abraham, and 3 year-old daughter Liberty. His own busy life has given Mark a real understanding for all things practical, including how to fit exercise into our busy lives.

Office

Sebrena Holmes Gibson

Sebrena is an active mother of three boys. She is a prior military Surgical Technician with 13 years of medical/surgical experience. She provides billing & insurance information for reimbursement. Sebrena enjoys working with the public to help them fully understand their benefits. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, cooking, swimming, picnics, traveling, bowling & most things fun in the South.

Hannah Patterson

Hannah was a 2005 honor graduate of Effingham County High School. She was an active member of the Rebels' tennis team. Hannah suffered from a lower back injury her senior year. She was treated at Spine & Sport. Due to her pleasant experience, she enjoys working with the staff at Spine & Sport. Hannah is currently attending Georgia Southern University in Statesboro, Georgia. Her plans for the future include receiving a bachelor's degree in early childhood education.



Marketing and Public Relations

London Mainor

London is the Public Relations Manager for Spine and Sport and will help to create more Public awareness for the company. She will work to create public awareness, recognition, and thus increase clientele and growth for Spine and Sport.

London obtained her Bachelor’s of Business Administration with a Major in Marketing and a Minor in Public Relations from Georgia Southern University in 2003. She continued pursuing her education at Kennesaw University at Coles College of Business and earned her Master’s of Business Administration with a focus in Marketing in 2005.

Before relocating to Savannah, London obtained three years of valuable experience in Marketing, Sales, and Public Relations. She has always loved the Savannah area and is happy to be back in the Coastal Empire.

Courtney Giannoni - Referral Source Marketing Manager

Courtney is new to our team, and also a new resident to the area! She moved her from Atlanta, Georgia in January of 2007. Beginning her career with us as our Patient Care Representative, she now assumes the Referral Source Marketing Manager title! She visits Physician Offices, builds relationships with the community, and assures that Spine & Sport is well known throughout the Savannah area. She enjoys being in a career that helps others, and finds it rewarding to make a difference in peoples everyday lives!

In Courtney's spare time she enjoys working out, spending time with family and friends, and participating in events for disabled children. More than anything, she looks forward to meeting new people in the community!
