Personal Training Programs

How Does Personal Training Work at Spine & Sport?
In the first session, your Certified Personal Trainer will discuss your health history, individual goals and perform a fitness assessment test. Your trainer will design an individualized exercise program that allows you to reach your specific fitness and health goals.

How do I select a Personal Trainer?
Stop by our Wellness Center and fill out a Health History and Individual Goals packet. The packet will be given to our Wellness Manager who will contact you with your own personal trainer who will meet your specific needs. All of our trainers are highly qualified, nationally certified and hold college degrees in health and fitness related fields.

Training Sessions May Include:
  • Fitness assessment with personalized prescription
  • Resistance Training
  • Cardiovascular training
  • Abdominal/Core strength training
  • Flexibility/stretching exercises
  • Interval training
  • Nutrition Counseling
